Top Sales Influencers You Need to Follow Online

The sales sector is packed full of motivational quotes and some pretty inspirational people, all of which have worked hard to reach the top of their field. Many have produced books, and eBooks, providing recommendations for sales managers and executives to follow in their daily roles and in the modern social media era they are starting to build up an online following that makes them sector celebrities in their own right. The problem that you sometimes find in sales is that you hit a wall. You can’t get people to commit to buying from you and you start to get that nagging voice in your head asking if you’re doing the right thing or using the right approach.

Trish Bertuzzi – @bridgegroupinc

Trish Bertuzzi founded The Bridge Group back in 1998 and has seen the company become one of the biggest in the sector, promoting internal sales teams and helping them to expand, develop and improve efficiencies. She is also a published author and public speaker having written The Sales Development Playbook, another must-read for anyone in the sector.

Mark Birch – @devbizops

Founder of Dev.Biz.Ops. Mark Birch has worked predominantly around technology during his successful career but his sales knowledge overlaps brilliantly with every other sector. He is a regular contributor to online publications including the LinkedIn blog and is another very knowledgeable guy worthy of a follow.

Deb Calvert – @DebCalvertMN

Another inductee into the Sales Hall of Fame, Deb Calvert’s area of expertise is in making sales teams more efficient. While many believe they are working well towards their targets, Deb Calvert has used her expertise to show teams new ways of working that don’t just make processes faster, but more effective.
